The new Condominium Act makes it easier for developers to get a Green Loan, and to take advantage of Smart Energy Recovery’s services. We start by providing a list of what is needed to qualify for the loan, including the installation of a co-generation system. Then we supply a commitment for that money, to allow you, the developer, to give it to your construction financing to demonstrate the income/savings that will be generated.  As the developer, you will be responsible for certain legal fees to set it all up, and a 4.5% broker fee -- all of which can be rolled into the Green Loan.
